Your session will begin with a guided cacao ceremony and grounding meditation. This is followed by an intuitive or focused Reiki, crystal and sound healing session to promote relaxation, balance and healing on all levels. The session will end with a consultation about the session and guidance for integration.

The first session $85, $75 for returning clients.

This bespoke Reiki infused yin yoga session will focus on gently stimulating the 7 major chakras, to promote release and restoring balance to the body’s energy centres.

This spiritual practice will connect you more closely to your spiritual source and open the flow of energy between yourself and Reiki (universal energy).

This bespoke package includes three Reiki sessions, a heart attunement, Reiki infused facial massage OR yin yoga session, and guided integration support plan with aftercare. Sessions will be booked at your pace over a period of 3-6 months.
