It’s been an incredible journey from my first yoga class to becoming a teacher.
I started yoga to support my running, unsure if I could manage the poses or keep up with the flow. Those early sessions were challenging, but with patient teachers and a bit of persistence, I discovered the transformative power of yoga. It changed how I move, recover, and feel, becoming a cornerstone of my fitness routine alongside weight training, bootcamps, and, of course, running.
Completing my teacher training at the House of Om was a truly amazing experience, and I’m thrilled to now be part of the teaching staff at The Loft Yoga & Wellness Studio.
As a teacher, I’m passionate about helping others explore the strength, balance, and mindfulness yoga can bring to their lives. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after some time away, or looking to integrate it into your workplace, sports group, or community event, I create sessions tailored to all levels and goals.
